INSTRUCTIONS



The task is to redesign Mcdonald's Happy Meal packaging alongside the french fries packaging by having a specific topic that can be educational to kids. The topic that I chose was about the wonders of the universe. The reason I chose this idea is because when kids learn about outer space, they usually learn about the solar system. I wanted kids to learn more about our universe.

 I started sketching around the elements that I think that could suit the theme that I was going for.

I then started sketching on how the layout could be like when the packaging is unfolded; showing the contents of the educational topic.

We are to study the packaging's practicality, functionality, ergonomics and concept. Also to study its functions, forms, structure, and material. Furthermore, to study its target audience, design elements and how it lines up with the brand image of the packaging. EXERCISE 1 FINAL SUBMISSION Exercise 2 - Box Making  We have to choose 2 loose items and create a packaging out of it.
